STEP ONE: Never hit the "Junk" button (Figure 1). Email sent to your "Junk E�mail" box will be automatically deleted.

If you mistakenly hit "Junk" please take the following steps to make sure your ZMailDirect.com email isn't automatically deleted.

• Click the "Never Report Junk Email" button that pops up in your browser (Figure 2)
• Check the box next to the ZMailDirect.com email you mistakenly sent to "Junk E�mail"
• Click the "Not Junk" button at the top of your screen (Figure 3)
• Click the "Add to Safe List" button in the pop-up window

Please complete the simple steps below to make sure all ZMailDirect.com email is delivered to your MSN Mail Inbox.

Add the ZMailDirect.com email domain to your "Safe List".
Starting from your MSN Inbox:

• Click "Email Settings" in lower left corner
• Select "Junk Mail"
• Select "Safe List"
• Select "Add an item to this list"
• In the pop-up window, enter ZMailDirect.com (Figure 4)
  
• Click "Add"
• Click "Save Changes"
