STEP ONE: Never hit the "Report Spam" button (Figure 1). Hitting this button may prevent you from getting future emails from ZMailDirect.com.

If you hit the "Report Spam" button by mistake, please take the following steps to make sure you continue to get your email.

• Access the "Spam Folder" in the lower right�hand corner of your mailbox
• Click on the ZMailDirect.com email that you mistakenly reported as spam in the spam folder
  (Figure 2)
• Click on the "This is Not Spam" button at the bottom of the spam folder

Please complete these simple steps to make sure you receive all ZMailDirect.com emails.

STEP TWO: Add the ZMailDirect.com email address to your AOL Email Address Book.

Starting from your AOL Homepage:

• Under Mail in top left corner, click Read
• Under Mail Options pull down to Address Book
• Click Add
• Type ZDirect_Sales@zmaildirect.com@ in the first "Other E-Mail" text field, substituting the actual contact name for "Corp" (Figure 3)
• Confirm the "Primary E-Mail Address" radio button is selected for this email address
• Click Save

Emails from this address will go to your AOL Inbox.

STEP THREE: Make sure you can see images.

When you read an email from ZMailDirect.com, it may contain images. The pop-up shown in Figure 4 will warn you about email images. Click "Yes" in this pop-up.

If images are not visible in your email, click "Show images & enable links" at the top of this window
(Figure 5).

Now images are displayed in your email (Figure 6).
