   We had an amazing dinner at the Grand Bohemian on Saturday. The hotel has a new Executive Chef, Francisco Sillero. He has completely changed the menu at the Boheme, and it was our first time there since the change. Honestly, we had stopped going to dinner there. I heard about the changes and am so glad we tried it again. The appetizers were fresh, creative, surprising and delicious. For dinner we had the Seabass, Prime Filet and the Chef's Special, a Truffle Risotto. Everything was beautifully presented, prepared perfectly, and full of flavor. The staff were attentive and worked as a team to service the guests. We had an enjoyable, relaxing dinner and easily made our play. Thank you for a great night! We will be back.

   Before booking I was asked if the dinner was a celebration. I informed it was our anniversary. When arrived at restaurant they sat me on a table with a view to the men’s bathroom door. The better tables they claimed were in a “too noisy area”. The food and service was good, but ambiance was horrible. There are better places out there….

   Great food, service and music! I will definitely visit again. The manager, Mr. Noel was very polite and professional! The saxophonist is talented and serenades for your bday, this brought tears to my sister. She was full of joy and food! Raquel our server was outstanding! The mimosas are superb!

   Our second time dining at The Boheme, its a perfect destination when headed to the Dr Phiilips Center. We were celebrating our anniversary and were offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant was busy, but the service was prompt and the food was excellently prepared. Our waiter made sure we got our order in quickly so that we could make our show on time. Kudos all around.

   The brunch was great! My only complaint were the limited gluten-free options. The ambience was great, the food that could eat was tasty, I just wish there were accommodations for those of us with dietary restrictions given the price.

    The Boheme is a place I would recommend for every dinner before a show at Dr. Phillips Center. They are speedy and the food is amazing. The restaurant is a 2min walk from the theatre. A staple for theatre-goers.
