Concierge Services
In addition to our Four-Diamond L’Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek and the new Spa at L’Auberge, Sedona
offers a myriad of memorable experiences from art galleries and little shops to sublime dining and adventurous
jeep, helicopter and balloon tours. Our guest services staff members are knowledgeable local experts, experienced
planners, and above all, well-connected within the community. We encourage you to take full advantage of all they
offer to make your stay in Sedona as enjoyable and memorable as possible and allow them the opportunity to assist

emailing reservations@laubergespa.com.
Check-in Time is 3 pm
Should you plan to arrive earlier than 3 pm, we invite you to enjoy our Four-Diamond
L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek, a relaxing massage or treatment at Spa at L'Auberge, a stroll around
town or a hike along one of the many Red Rock lined paths. Our concierge staff will be happy to store your
luggage until they can move it directly into your room.
Taxes and Service Charge
Please be aware that we will add a 12.745% local sales tax plus a $25 service charge per room per night of
your stay. This service charge includes gratuities for the bell staff, concierge, guest services and your
housekeeping staff. It also includes wireless Internet access throughout the Resort and use of our Business
Center. Gratuities for L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek and the Spa at L'Auberge are not included.
Cancellation and Early Departure Policy
Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled stay prior
to
your arrival will forfeit one night’s stay plus applicable taxes. Should circumstances require that you
depart
L’Auberge earlier than anticipated there will be an additional one night’s stay added to your bill.
