CANCELLATION: To avoid a cancellation charge, we require 72 hours notice to 4:00pm on your expected day of arrival for all accommodation bookings. For cancellations made within the restrictions of this policy, one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time at the resort is 4pm. Check-out time is at 11am.
TAX/SVC CHARGES/FEES: Please be aware that we are required to add 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 2% Municipal and Regional District Tax (additional hotel room tax) per room per night. |
