Tour Pour Du Jour

The Graylyn Estate is excited to offer Tour Pour Du Jour. Guests will be taken back in time during a guided tour of the home while they enjoy Graylyn's select house wines. Learn about the Gray's beginnings in Winston-Salem, and how Graylyn is being used today We will give you a look into the family's rich history, and even let you in on some of the mysteries that lie beneat the ground and within the walls.

Chef Rollin's Baby Green Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Cranberries, Crumbled Goat Cheese and Walnuts
Salted Caramel Spiked Shake
 
Ingredients:
  3 oz Daily's Salted Caramel
  3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Directions:
  1. Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall galss and enjoy!
  Optional: Top with whipped cream and a caramel or chocolate syrup        drizzle.
