Fresh new tastes on La Plazuela’s lunch menu include our heirloom tomato salad, with local feta cheese and basil, or the pan-seared lump crab cakes with a crunchy cucumber-carrot salad and spicy remoulade. Put an Asian twist on Southwest cooking, and you get our chilled mango soup, a puree of mangos, local vegetables, and coconut milk, garnished with avocado!
 
Best of all, Chef Lane is sending some tasty bites upstairs to the Bell Tower Bar, so you never have to give up your seats before the sun goes down. Try chicken fajitas wrapped in lettuce—a satisfying (and gluten-free) snack to follow the Bell-Ringer cocktail, or some smoked chicken nachos, or a baked brie drizzled with orange blossom honey, served with sliced apples and crackers.
 
No trip to Santa Fe is complete without a stop at the Farmer’s Market, bustling with shoppers on Saturday mornings. Cart back to your room some peppery greens, a hunk of artisan bread, local wine, cheese, and handmade chocolates, and celebrate spring the way we do it here in Santa Fe!
