Terms & Conditions

To participate:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Complete and submit an enrollment form
• Participate in one subsequent Elegant Hotels training session verified by local EHG sales representative
• Provide proof of active employment with an EHG-qualified Tour Operator or Travel Agent annually
• Maintain an active membership status with (3) bookings at any Elegant Hotel of 3-nights or longer per calendar year

Earn points:

• Bookings qualify for points only when client travel is completed
• Only unclaimed bookings or points are eligible towards rewards
• Bookings are accounted for annually and do not rollover or accumulate into the next calendar year: 2010 bookings or points expire and earned travel must be completed by July 31, 2011. 2011 bookings or points expire and earned travel must be completed by July 31, 2012
• Groups of 10 or more can earn a maximum of 10 room nights for redemption – even  if  booked individually

Earn rewards:

• First 3 bookings earn a 5-night stay at one of Elegant Hotels Group’s EP hotels (Colony Club, Tamarind, The House), based on double occupancy
•  First 5 bookings earn a 5-night stay at one of
• Elegant Hotels Group Premium AI hotels (Turtle Beach, Crystal Cove), based on double occupancy
• Each additional booking after earning a 5-night stay, earns 1 additional night at either EP or Premium AI hotels accordingly (one additional booking = 1 night)
• Cash incentives are offered per booking after your 11th annual booking or you can continue accumulating room nights. Cash incentive is ONLY paid after 10th annual booking
• Qualified bookings must be a minimum of 3 nights

Redeem:

• Submit a completed Redemption Request Form 
• A qualified agent can redeem up to 15 nights per stay per visit with a maximum of 5 nights per property
• Meal plan upgrades can be purchased separately
• The  program allows you to combine with eligible Elegant Hotels Incentive
• Additional person/child supplements apply
• Only bookings made and  registered under agency for which you are currently employed can be redeemed for travel
• Claimed bookings for rewards are not eligible for other Elegant Hotels Group qualifying events, except where noted
• Only bookings made and  
• Redemptions are based on availability at time of booking.  

Track and Report:

• Use the online Tracking Form to track and report your bookings monthly.
• All bookings must be reported within 90 days following booking
• Each month complete and submit your bookings; no exceptions
• Remember, only bookings made by individually enrolled members qualify for redemption and are not transferable or combinable with the members or group
